AC-DC POWER CONVERTERS
1. Introduction
1.1 Description
This manual provides basic installation instructions for the AC-DC Power
Converters for use with the DSLAM system.
CAUTION
Electronic equipment can be damaged by electrostatic discharges
(ESD). We strongly recommend that you use proper static precautions
when handling this equipment or any information-technology
equipment.
1.2 Available Models
The AC-DC Power Converters are available in single and dual models:
• Single AC-DC Power Converter (LRA1200A-1PS)
• Dual AC-DC Power Converter (LRA1200A-2PS)
2. Installation
Step #1: Unpack and Inspect the AC-DC Power Converter
Remove the external power converter from its packaging and inspect the contents.
You should have the following components:
• LRA1200A-1PS: Single AC-DC Power Converter, (1) AC power cord, (1) DC
power cord, this users’ manual
• LRA1200A-2PS: Dual AC-DC Power Converter, (2) AC power cords, (2) DC
power cords, this users’ manual
