IS425A enters the Escape Command Mode when the DTR
signal goes ON-to-OFF while IS425A is during the On-Line
state.

IS425A clears a data call when it detects an ON-to-OFF
transition on DTR
IS425A does nothing when it detects an OFF-to-ON
transition (108/2 mode for DTR).

IS425A clears data call when it detects an ON-to-OFF
transition on DTR.
IS425A dials the 0th stored phone number when it detects an
OFF-to-ON transition (108/1 mode for DTR).
