6.1 Problems/Solutions

Problem

Solution

No video or LEDs

• Double-check the power.
• Set the firmware DIP switch to OFF (Down).

Green tint over

video

Usually caused by bad or loose VGA cable.
• Replace or tighten the cable.

No audio

• Check settings for correct analog/SPDIF settings.
• Audio from both inputs will prevent audio

embedding.
