A. The volume control knob is screwed in all the way.
A. Adjust the volume control knob.

B. Remove piston and cylinder housing. Clean, then add
petroleum oil.

C. Replace atomizer valve and clean hole in spray tip.
D. Atomizer valve assembly is not seated properly.
D. Replace Atomizer Valve.
Stain or paint is spitting
A. Pick-up tube is not tight in cylinder housing.
A. Clean and firmly insert into intake opening on pump housing.
B. Container volume is low.
B. Refill container.
C. Improper adjustment.

D. Stain or paint material is too thick.
D. Thin according to stain/paint manufacturer’s requirements.
