Using Blending Attachment
This unit is for household use and can be plugged into a standard electric outlet. It easily
prepares sauces, salad dressings, mayonnaise, baby foods and a variety of cold drinks. It can be
used in nonstick pans without scratching the nonstick surface.
1. With the blending attachment in place, plug the appliance into a standard electrical outlet.
2. Insert the hand blender into the mixture to be blended.
3. Press the speed switches (I/II) to select desired speed. Refer to Recommended Processing
Time Chart. The blender operates continuously as long as the speed switch is pressed.
Note:
When the blender is functioning, it is normal for the suction force to increase at the
bottom of the bowl.
4. When blending is complete, release the speed switch before removing blending attachment.
5. Unplug the appliance before removing the blending attachment or changing to another
