INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
INSTALLATION
♦
Take the device out of the box and remove the packing.
In order to ensure a sufficient ventilation, the distance
between iron and the wall or other objects should be at
least of 15cm on the back and of 15cm on the side.
USING THE DEVICE OR STEAM STATION
♦
Place the device on a stable and heat-resistant surface
♦
Slide off the tank
♦
Supply tap water or demineralized water. (13)
♦
Insert the plug in the wall outlet and turn on switch.
♦
Wait until the indicator of boiler operating will light on.

Turn on the iron pressing (4) the iron turning on/off
button (12) which will light on; the iron operating light
indicator will also light on.
♦
Adjust the temperature dial in terms of choose the kind
of fabrics that you want to iron.
Note: If you want to use the steam ironing, we suggest
you to adjust the temperature dial on MAX.
When the iron operating light indicator goes out the
device will be ready for use. (5)
Note: During the whole operating time, the iron operating
light indicator will go on and off in erratic intervals, this
is normal.

Adjust the steam jet turning the steam temperature dial.

To make the steam jet come out, press the steam button.

To obtain a continuous steam jet, operate on the contin-
uous steam lever. If the steam stops coming out, this is
probably because there is no more water in the tank.
Steaming Fabrics
♦
Follow the “INSTRUCTIONS”.
♦
Place the iron vertically at a minimum distance of
20-30cm from curtains or fabrics, and press the steam
button, then steam the fabrics describing round figures.
♦
Do not use temperatures higher than those indicated on
the garments to be treated.
● Temperature for synthetic fibres (Polyester, Nylon…).
●● Temperature for silk, wool.
●●● Temperature for cotton.
Max Temperature for linen.
♦ If garment has various kinds of fibres, select the temper
-
ature for the fibre that requires the lowest temperature.
(For example, select the temperature for polyester for an
article made out of 60% polyester and 40% cotton).
♦
Note: be very careful about the compatibility of the cloth
label with this kind of treatment.
Dry Ironing (without steam)
♦
Place the device on a stable and heat-resistant surface
♦
Turn on the iron, pressing the iron turning on/off button
which will light on, the iron operating light indicator will
also light on. (12)

Adjust the temperature dial in terms of the kind of fabrics
that you want to iron.
♦
When the iron operating light indicator goes out, the iron
will be ready for use. (5)
Once you have finished using the appli

ance:
♦
Select the minimum position (MIN) using the thermostat
control.
♦
Unplug the appliance from the mains.
♦
Remove the water from the inside of the appliance.
♦
Clean the appliance.
Practical recommendations:
♦
Classify the garments into groups by ironing tempera-
ture. The appliance heats up more quickly than it cools
down, therefore, to avoid accidents, minimise energy
consumption and optimise time, it is advisable to start
off ironing items that require lower temperatures and
progress to those that need higher temperatures.
♦
Pure wool fabrics (100%) can be ironed with the iron set
to steam. Select a high steam temperature and place
a cotton cloth between the iron’s metal surface and the
garment.
Safety thermal protector:
♦
The appliance has a safety device, which protects the
appliance from overheating.
CLEANING
♦
Disconnect the appliance from the mains and allow it to
cool before undertaking any cleaning task.
♦
Clean the equipment with a damp cloth with a few drops
of washing-up liquid and then dry.
♦
Do not use solvents, or products with an acid or base pH
such as bleach, or abrasive products, for cleaning the
appliance.
