3-8 How to Fine Tune Print Head Position

By fine tuning the print head position, you can improve the printing quality.
1) Turn off the printer.
2) Unplug the power cord from the printer.
3) Open the media cover.
4) Using with (-) screw driver or coin, loosen the Screw(A) counterclockwise once.
5) Open the print head lever.
6) Fine-tune Screw(B) Until you gets improved print result.
7) Once the Fine-tune is done, Tighten the Screw(A) clockwise once.
Caution
- Do not adjust the print head position while the printer is in operation
as it may cause damage.
- Fine tuning the print head position significantly affects the printing
quality. Perform this process only when necessary.
