information on the device setting and operation.

3. STARTING THE DEVICE
Remove the protective film from the display prior to use.
Before use, remove the protective foil from the thermometer.
The ON/OFF switch is located in the bottom part of the device. To turn on the thermometer, set the switch to “ON”.
4. MOUNTING
- Outside
Before the installation of the thermometer, clean the window pane and the suction cup (using no
detergents).
Turn the suction cup so the suction part is in front of the thermometer.
Stick the thermometer to the pane.
- Inside
Before the installation of the thermometer, clean the window pane and the suction cup (using no
detergents).

Turn the suction cup so the sucking part is at the back of the thermometer.
Stick the thermometer to the pane.
Caution:
To obtain reading of the actual external temperature, avoid installing the sensor in a place exposed to
sunlight.
The thermometer should be located in a place where it will not be directly exposed to rain, snow or ice.
Constant moisture strains the electronic components of the device.
5. PROGRAMMING FUNCTIONS
The upper part of the screen shows the current temperature, and the lower part shows the maximum (MAX) and
minimum (MIN) temperatures recorded since the moment of startup of the thermometer or of reset of these values.
Temperature unit selection
To set the desired temperature unit – Celsius or Fahrenheit degrees (

F button at the back of
the thermometer.
Clearing of the recorded MAX/MIN values
There are two options to clear the recorded minimum and maximum temperature values:

Turn the thermometer on and off using the ON/OFF switch.
Precautions:
The solar panel can be easily damaged. Avoid dropping the device or exposure to impacts and vibrations.
To ensure proper functioning, keep the solar panel clean. Clean with a soft cloth and a small amount of
window or display cleaner.
Do not expose the device to strong vibrations and mechanical strain.
Avoid sudden and dramatic temperature changes (direct sunlight, low negative temperatures).
Clean the casing and the display with a soft and slightly wetted cloth.
Do not immerse the device in water.
Immediately remove used batteries from the device. Use only the type of batteries specified below.
