Solutions

 The device does not work.

The device stopped working during usage. 

The device is not hot enough. 

“F” flashes on the digital display.

- After 90 minutes, the device switches off 

automatically. Allow the device to cool down 

for 10 minutes and switch it on again.

- The device may have overheated. Let the 

device cool down for 10 minutes and switch 

it on again.

- Make sure the power cord has been 

connected firmly and correctly to the heating 

pad first, before inserting the power plug into 

the electrical mains.

- After about 15minutes, the device should 

have heated up to the corresponding 

temperature setting. Increase the tempera-

ture setting if necessary. Temperature 

setting of “6” is the hottest at up to 70

o

C*. 

   Actual temperature may be lower depending 

on ambient conditions.

- Make sure the power cord has been 

connected firmly and correctly to the heating 

pad. Then insert the power plug into the 

electrical mains again and switch it on.

- Try using another power socket.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

Before cleaning the device, unplug the power plug from the electrical mains and allow the 

device to cool down completely.

Unzip the fabric cover and remove it from the heating wrap. The fabric cover can then be 

washed by hand (or in a washing machine) at maximum 30°C. Washing too frequently 

can lead to colour changes or abrasion. Thus only wash the fabric cover when neces-

sary. Lay the fabric cover flat and air dry.

Clean the heating wrap with soft damp cloth, lay it flat and air dry.

For storage, keep the device in a dry place. Make sure it is folded properly. Do not place 

heavy objects on it to prevent buckling of the heating elements.
