If one or mo re ex ter nal con nec tions are grou ped in to bund les, they can be as sig ned to a bund le key. If this key is pres -
sed, hands free is swit ched on au to ma ti cal ly and a free ex ter nal con nec ti on is as sig ned on the cor re spon ding bund le.

You can set up the »rou ter key« (code 01) or »re cord key«(code 02) un der this key.
Rou ter key (01),(only PABX)
If you have set up a sta tus info key in the con fi gu ra ti on, you can press the key to dis con nect exi sting In ter net
con nec ti on and to set up new con nec tions over the re gis te red pro vi der. The LEDs on the functi on but ton
in di ca te the sta tus of the In ter net con nec ti on (LED off: No con nec ti on, LED on: Connection over WAN).
Re cord key (02), (only PABX)
(Only if the PABX supp orts this functi on) If you press the Re cord key du ring an exi sting con nec ti on, rec or -
ding is start ed (the LED lights up).

Connection
In ad di ti on to the soft keys »Con nec ti on 1...«, you can al so set up functi on keys on the sys tem te le pho ne or the ex ten -
si on for ope ra ti on when bro ke ring. He re two to four of the se keys must always be set up.

No ot her keys must be set up bet ween the con nec ti on keys.

The num ber of pos si ble con nec tions de pends on the num ber of con nec ti on keys set up. If more
than 4 keys are set up, the call wai ting and hold for en qui ry functions are restricted.

If mul tip le con nec tions have the »Cal ling« sta tus, the first call sig nal led is ac cep ted when the re -
cei ver is lifted.
