Set a sleep goal
Wear Hali to bed to automatically track your time asleep and
sleep stages (time spent in wake-up times, light sleep, and deep
sleep). To see your sleep stats, check the app when you wake up.
To start, you have a sleep goal of 8 hours of sleep per night.
Customize this goal to meet your needs.
