Reset of programming 

If due to mistakes during programming the TWG 01 does not react any more, there is a way to delete all 
your programming and reset the unit to delivery state (standard settings). Following this you need to re-
enter all entries.

By the decribed reset procedure all previous programming is deleted. You need to enter 
again all phone numbers, all desired settings and to record the voice message again. 

 

 

10.  Cleaning, and service 

10.1  Cleaning

  Do NOT spill water or cleaning agents over the device.

  Disconnect the unit before cleaning. Disconnect the power plug. 

¾

  Completely dry the unit before turning it on again. 

Disconnect the device from the power supply before cleaning. Disconnect the power plug. 

Wipe the surfaces with a moistened towel. In addition, you can use the following cleaning agents:  

•

  Standard commercial cleaning detergents free from acid or halogenides and without alcohol. 

•

  We recommend using the neutral cleaning agent Art. No. 1002-0016. 

 

For surface protection, perform cleaning as quickly as possible. 

After cleaning completely remove any cleaning agent residues from the surfaces by using a 
moistened towel. 

Never try to open the device in order to repair it. In case of problems, please contact BINDER Service at 
the indicated addresses (chap. 10.2).
