all safety instructions before assembling unit. 

TAKE  CAUTION

 

when  removing  the  unit  from  the  box  the  Handle  Assembly  is  attached  by 

cables and folded over

 

Your Billy Goat is shipped from the factory in one carton, completely assembled except for the debris bag. 
1. 

ROTATE

 upper handle into upward position and securely tighten knobs. Machine can be stored with handle 

folded in down position.    
2. 

UNFOLD

 the debris bag (item 10) and fasten bag neck onto exhaust discharge opening. 

3. 

ATTACH

 bag hanger straps to loops (item 38), preassembled to upper handle. 

4. 

CONNECT 

spark plug wire.
