Internal power relay stuck
The power unit relay RL1 is stuck. Please contact Bikef

No 48V supplied
The internal power supply unit is in failure. Please contact
Bikef support
(see Contacts)

Max voltage out reached
The battery might have an internal failure, please unplug
the cable from the recharging station.
0x8303
Max current out reached
The battery might have an internal failure, please unplug
the cable from the recharging station.
0x7FFF
Short Circuit
Immediately unplug the cable from the recharge station
and from the e-bike battery.
0x7F01
Cable not readable
Check that the socket and the cable magnetic contacts are
clean and fully exposed to contact
(see Magnetic
connectors maintenance)
.
Check that the cable connector is completely connected to
the recharge station socket.
If the problem persists, the cable might be damaged. For
reporting a cable problem please contact Bikef support

Cable not genuine
The cable used was not provided with the recharging
stations or the recharging station is not in
Bikef mode . For
reporting a cable problem please contact Bikef support

Generic error
Try to reset the recharging station disconnecting the unit
