Assembly - BiG400 Garage Space Saver

Slide the racking against 

the wall and check that the 

racking is level ensuring that 

all beams have been tapped 

down all the way in

If not level then

fit shims

 under

corresponding feet

With the racking in position mark the

fixing positions against the wall and floor

Drill marked positions and refit racking 

securing at all points

Fit the chipboard

 to all levels

Fit the wall tie

by inserting the 

lugs into the key-

holes and tapping 

down with a rubber 

mallet

Shelf Load Capacities

The maximum load permitted is 1000 kg. Maximum permitted shelf capacities are based on uniformly distributed loads 

(UDL). Please note that the above bay capacity may limit the maximum load per bay:
