Step 17: Chalk Wall Frame Assembly

On the back of the assembly, tight to the top of (1894) Back Floor, attach (0839) CE Gap Board to both (1931)

Post using 4 (S2) #8 x 1-1/2” Wood Screws. (ig. 17.1 and 17.2)

Loosely attach (1855) Divider to (1894) Back Floor with 1 (H1) 1/4 x 1-1/2” Hex Bolt (with lock washer, lat

washer and t-nut). (ig. 17.2).

Loosely attach (1855) Divider to (1906) Top Front Back using 1 (PB2) 1/4 x 1-1/4” Pan Bolt (with lock washer,

lat washer and t-nut). (ig. 17.2)

Tight to the top of (0839) CE Gap Board attach (0726) Panel Frame to (1931) Post using 2 (S2) #8 x 1-1/2”

Make sure (1906) Top Front Back is level and then attach to both (1931) Posts using 4 (S7) #12 x 2” Pan
