9.  Maintenance and Cleaning 

 

 

 
Under normal operating conditions, the BIANCO AUTOSUB pump does not require any 
special maintenance. 
 
Removal of the water pump must be carried out by professionals. In every case, all repairs 
and maintenance work must be carried out with the power supply isolated. 
 
When starting the pump, ensure that the inlet filter at the bottom of the pump is installed 
correctly to avoid accidental mechanical damage. 
 
 

Filter and base cleaning 
 

Danger! Risk of electric shock and injury! 
Isolate the power supply of the water pump before maintenance and cleaning. 
 
 
Should the pump ingest sediment it is strongly recommended to flush the pump in clear 
water. 
 

1.  Use a screwdriver to unscrew the eight screws 

 

2.  Remove the base 

 from the pump 

3.  Remove the filter 

 and bracket 

 from the pump 

respectively 

4.  Clean the impurities on the base 

, filter 

 and bracket 

 

5.  After cleaning, install the bracket 

 on the water pump 

and install the filter 

 and the base 

 in the order of 

installation 

6.  Install the eight screws 

 with a screwdriver
