4. Use
POSITIONING AND STARTING
Follow the following precautions when positioning the appliance:
•
Put the appliance on a horizontal surface.
•
Put the appliance so that it is protected against overheating.
•
Plug the power cord into the power socket.
Warnings:
Electric shock hazard in case of use of the
appliance with damaged power cord. Never
start the appliance with damaged power
cord.
Attention!
Burn hazard. The plate heats up quickly
during operation. Do not touch the plate
surface.
GETTING STARTED AND USE
•
Unroll the whole power cord before connecting the appliance to the
electric power source.
•
Clean the heating plate (4) and the big food container (5).
•
Insert the big food container (5) on the heating plate (4) (Fig. B).
•
Put food to be heated into the big food container (5).
•
Close the food container with the lid (7) making sure the vent holes are
not clogged (Fig. C).
•
Close the food warmer with the lid (12) and lock it with the tabs (11)
(Fig. D).
•
Plug the power cord (3) into the power socket. The related light (13)
goes on.
•
Press the on/off switch (14) on (
I
).
It takes about 7-10 minutes to heat food up, according to the initial
kind and temperature of food.
•
After cooking, switch the appliance off by pressing the on/off switch
(14) on (
O
).
•
Disconnect the electrical plug (3) from the power socket.
•
Remove the lid (12) by lifting both lock tabs (11) at the same time.
