OPERATION
Start up
●
Plug the machine into the mains supply.
●
Set the switch to ON
Before sitting
Before sitting, make sure that the footrest is attached correctly to the chair frame.
Make sure that all of the components are in the default position. If not, switch the chair
on again to reset all of the positions.
WARNING
Do not sit on the chair with the footrest hanging.
To avoid damaging the footrest, do not suddenly drop full body weight on to it.
After use

After use, switch the chair off and unplug it from the mains supply.
●
To protect children from accidents and injuries, always make sure that the chair has been unplugged from the
electrical mains socket.
●
If the chair is not going to be used for prolonged periods, store it away.

First place the footrest into its lowest position, Fig.A, and the backrest fully up, Fig.A.
FAULT FINDING
Problem

Rasping sound during use
This is due to the construction of the chair or
friction between the massage rollers and the
leather upholstery,
Normal sound
It does not operate
Is it plugged into the electrical wall socket
Plug it in.
It is switched off
Switch it on
The fuse has blown
Replace the fuse with a
similar type
The music does not play
correctly
The music is not MP3 format
Change music format
The sound is echoed when
you press the music key.
The disc has not been inserted correctly
Reinsert the disc
The disc is still going through the start-up
sequence
Wait 5-10 seconds before
selecting any music
Incompatible music format
The computer is checking
the MP3 files
No sound from earphones
Make sure the earphones are plugged in.
Change the earphones.
Volume is too low or switched off
Increase the volume
It is not possible to raise or
lower the backrest or
footrest
Is the backrest or footrest overloaded
Reduce the load or pressure
on the backrest or footrest.
It is not possible to extend
the footrest normally.
The footrest is too close to the floor, which is
activating the floor proximity sensor.
Place the footrest in a higher
position.
If the above solutions do not solve the problem, switch the chair off and unplug it from the wall socket, then get in
touch with your Technical Assistance Service or local retailer, who will remedy the fault.
