STEP 9. Assembly of Handrail and Pedal Set Plastic Covers. 

1.1  Place the plastic cover on the front of the left pedal set, make sure the hole on the plastic 

and the hole on the steel tube are aligned, then fasten the plastic cover with bolts.     

1.2  Place the left and right plastic covers on the handrail set lower end, and fasten with bolts.   

1.3  Repeat for right side. 

Caution: 

1.  When assembling the covers, make sure they are aligned and seated properly before 

tightening the bolts.
