: Turn on the power supply, open the power supply switch, boot device to begin mixing.

: When mixing time is over and mixing head stops rotating, press stop button, turn the power off
and remove the solder cream.
Note: If we need to mix two bottles of solder cream at the same time, we should make sure that the
weight is roughly equal and difference is not more than 50 grams. If we just need to mix one bottle of
solder cream, we choose balance weight 500g according to weight of solder cream or use an empty
solder cream pot to load unused solder cream (or other items) which has equal weight as a balance
weight.
VI. Maintenance
Solder cream mixer is precise machinery and equipment and it will prolong the service life via
frequent maintenance.
1. Machine uses fully-enclosed bearing and please keep machine clean.
2. Rotation devise belt is not durable item and please replace in the case of breakage.
VII. Matters needing attention
1. Mixing operation is strictly prohibited when opening cover or unlocking.
2. There are some vibrations when machine runs so machine should be placed in a smooth and
solid place. If there is intense and abnormal vibration noise when machine runs, please shut the
power immediately and after all parts of machine stop running, please open cover for check and
troubleshooting.
