8.3 Tips for use
• During use, hold the cellulite releaZer compact with both hands using the
handles.
• For optimum results, use the cellulite releaZer compact every two days.
• Severe reddening or bruises may occur at the treated areas after use. This
is completely normal and indicates that you have used the cellulite releaZer
compact correctly.
Note
You can use the cellulite releaZer compact on all areas where you have
cellulite. The examples in the following chapter showing the outside of
the thigh (iliotibial band) and the rear of the thigh (biceps femoris mus-
cle) demonstrate how the cellulite releaZer compact should be used.
8.4 Treatment on the outside of the thigh
The treatment time for the outside of the thigh is approx. 7 minutes and
consists of a total of three treatment phases. To start treatment, proceed
as follows:
1. Follow the instructions in the "Preparing for use" chapter.
2. Place the leg to be treated on a chair, stool or the edge of the bath tub,
for example. Carry out the entire treatment on the thigh whilst standing.
3. Select your desired vibration setting (1, 2, 3 or 4) using the ON/OFF button.
The cellulite releaZer compact starts to vibrate.
