ADJUSTING THE SPRING
PRELOAD
To adjust the spring preload, use the pro-
cedure described below.
Loosen counter-ring

, rotate ring

clock-
wise to increase the spring preload (and
consequently the shock absorber preload)
or anticlockwise to decrease it.
After obtaining the desired preload, turn
counter-ring

until it stops against adjust-
ing ring

specific sector key with square pin
