Let power switch on,when battery indicator light 
on,roll speed control,the atv doesn

t work.   

1.check whether battery fit battery case 
bracket,whether battery case switch lock 
well.                                                     
2.check whether fuse had fused,after the 
fuse in battery case burnt,the motor will not 
work,then change the same spec soluble 
core will be ok. 

Let power switch on,roll speed control,the atv 

doesn

t work. 

Check  whether  controller  line  is  in  access 

mode.             

Roll  speed  control  after  pause,the  atv  doesn

work. 

Check whether parking handle is 
restoration,whether it

s on brake 

automatically de-energized 

 
 
The driving speed is slower than normal 

Check  whether  controller  zipper  is  on 
lubrication,the  speed  control  can  roll 
enough,the battery is full charging. 

The indicator doesn

t light when charging 

  Check whether the battery is out of power   

When charging,the charger indicator lights-red 
and green are all on.   

Check whether the charger plug has been 
connected correctly. 

If above possible causes are checked ok,then there are other causes,take this ATV to authorized 
dealer or the company customer service,the professional engineer will repair. 

 

 

Some notes 

1.Depth of discharge--the deeper of discharge, the shorter of the battery life. 

2.Short of electricity-the vehicle is stored without charging after use; charging difficulties   

in cold areas; poor contacts with charging circuit.   

3.The lead-acid battery should be put with full charging and make sure charging monthly.   

        4.Over  charge--charging  with  unmatched  system,resulting  battery  lose  excessive  water 
and dried up.
