STEP #1 -
Fasten the Arm and Leg Assembly to the
Seat and Back using 3- ¼ " Carriage Bolts.
Using a hammer, fi rmly tap the Bolts until
they are fl ush with the poly surface. Securely
tighten using 3- ¼ " Flange Nuts.
STEP #3 -
Using 4- 5/16" x 2½ " Carriage Bolts, place
them into the pre-drilled holes and tighten
using 4- 5/16" Flange Nuts. (Ensure the
Bolts are pointing inwards.)
STEP #4 -
Place the 4- Glider Brackets onto the
Carriage Bolts and secure using 4- 5/16"
Lock Nuts (see inset). Be careful not to cross
thread the Lock Nuts.
STEP #2 -
Turn the chair on the other side and repeat
Step #1.

STEP #1 -
Fasten the two Cross Supports to the Base
using 8- ¼ " x 2" Carriage Bolts and 8- ¼ "
Flange Nuts.
STEP #3 -
Using 4- 5/16" x 2½ " Carriage Bolts, place
them into the pre-drilled holes and secure
using 4- 5/16" Flange Nuts. (Ensure the
Bolts are pointing outward.)
STEP #2 -
Attach the four Glider Stops to the Base
using 4- ¼ " x 3" Carriage Bolts and 4- ¼ "
Flange Nuts.
