Cleaning
Given that the machine described here is intended for the treatment of food products, the operator
has the task of ensuring the maintenance of adequate hygienic conditions. After each
use it is necessary to clean the device from processing residues.
External cleaning is necessary as the machine is in a food factory
for which particular precautions regarding the hygienic conditions of the premises are provided
and machinery. for the external cleaning of the grater use only a damp cloth or
a food detergent.
Proceed as follows for cleaning:
Act as described in chapter 4.5.
for cleaning, the cover of the presser must be placed vertically and cleaned with a damp cloth
the product collector must be cleaned with products
allowed in the food sector.
The grater roll must be cleaned every day.
if you need to use compressed air for cleaning, having no possibility
to use other systems, protect yourself with glasses with side shields.
CAUTION !!!!
Before cleaning the machine, check that the power supply is disconnected.
ABSOLUTELY AVOID WATER JETS.

MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR
5.1.
extraordinary maintenance
Maintenance operations and repairs must be
carried out exclusively by specialized personnel.
Extraordinary maintenance includes repairs following breakages
accidental and replacements of parts due to wear or malfunction.
CAUTION !!!!
Before performing maintenance work, make sure that the power is cut off
electricity. All electrical work must be carried out by the electrical maintenance technician
(qualified and advised person with specific competence)
5.2 Preventive maintenance
Maintenance operations and repairs must be carried out
exclusively by specialized personnel.
Periodic maintenance and correct use are essential factors to guarantee the
functionality and durability of the machine.
