Installation of rotation rings:
A.
Place the rotation ring (item 1) on top the opening

B.
Wrap the rotation ring (item 2) (groove inside) around
the edge of the discharge chute (item 3) as shown.
C.
Place the chute (item 4) (opening facing forward) over
the rotation ring.
IMPORTANT
: The ring must be inside the base of the
chute. It is the chute that will hold the rotation ring in
place.
D.
On the right side of the snowblower, install the
rotation half-ring (item 5) with the rotation ring (item
1) under the chute as shown.
Secure the chute, rotation half ring, and rotation ring

each with a 1/4" flat washer, and nylon insert lock
nuts (item 9) as shown. Do not tighten too firmly.

On the left side of the snowblower, install the other
rotation half-ring (item 7) under the chute as shown.
Secure the chute and rotation half ring in place with
three hex bolts. 1/4" n.c. x 1 1/2" (item 8), each with
a 1/4" flat washer, and nylon insert lock nuts (item 9)

Nuts that are too tight might prevent the chute
from rotating side to side. Only a slight pressure is
necessary.
Installation of the rotation worm
A.
Insert the rotation bushing (item 1) at each end of
the rotation worm (item 2) until they are against
each other. Insert the worm with these bushings
into hole A of the worm support (item 3). Insert
