Installation in the installation frame (optional)

If the device is not installed directly in a cabinet (e.g. with
suspended systems), the installation frame must be used.

Observe the necessary cut-out size for the installation
frame.

☞

Bend the metal plates on the connection parts by
90 degrees.

☞

Insert the metal plates in the cut-outs on the side parts.

☞

Bend the metal plates round fully.

☞

Secure the installation frame (metal screws
PZ2 3.5 x 6.5 mm).

☞

Screw the fastening brackets onto the installation frame
(metal screws PZ2 3.5 x 6.5 mm).

☞

Bend the metal plates on the side parts downwards.

☞

Fasten the installation frame to the installation location
(countersunk screws PZ2 3.5 x 16 mm).

☞

Fasten the stainless steel cover strip to the back of the
hood body.

Insertion of the hood body in the fastening brackets takes
place in the same way as when installed in wall cabinets.
