This appliance is for household use only.
To protect against electric shock, do not immerse cord, plug or any
parts of the appliance into water or other fluids.
Do not use the appliance near explosives, highly flammable mate-
rials, gases or burning flames.
Do not allow children, disabled people or every pe-
ople without experience or technical ability to use
the appliance if they are not properly watched over.
Close supervision is necessary when any appliance
used by or near children.

Before using the mixer for the first time, clean all the detachable parts.
Turn down the locking lever to raise the engine (a).
Place the bowl on the base and secure it by rotating it clockwise until it locks (b1).
Secure the selected accessory (c1) to the pivot under the engine.
Hook the anti-splash cover by making the groove in the cover fit with the engine ledge.
Turn down the locking lever and push down the engine.
Put the plug in a socket and select the chosen speed.
To release the accessory, turn off the product, raise the engine and rotate the accessory clockwise. (c2)
To release the bowl, rotate it counterclockwise (b2).
Attention: use the product for short periods: don’t use the product for more than 5 minutes with hard
doughs and let it cool down for at least 10 minutes.
When using the dough hook, do not overcome speed level 2.
During the operation, the upper part warms up. It’s normal and it doesn’t affect the product functio-
nality.
