How to open the grill 180 degrees :
When open at 105 degrees , lift up with hand along hinge slip hole ,then flat the plate to 180 Degree
. Refer to the diagrams below

• Pizza (Frozen dough for baking) 370 gr: 9 min
• Pizza (precooked frozen dough) 400 gr: 9 min
• Pizza (not frozen dough) 550 gr: 13 min
• tart (frozen dough) 295 gr: 8 min
• Flammenkueche (frozen raw) 260 gr: 8 min
• Apple Pie (not frozen dough) 700 gr: 25 min
• Quiche Lorraine (not frozen dough) 360 gr: 18 min
• Cooking cake : about 3-5 min
CLEANING AND CARE
Always clean the appliance after use. Make sure the unit is disconnected from the socket. Wait until
the unit is completely cool down.
Clean the cooking plate with a wet cloth. If food residue on the cooking plate, use this method: put
some oil on it. Leave it for about 5 minutes, and remove with a wet soft, and wipe carefully. Wipe the
appliance before storing it.
