SAFETY INSTRUCTION
This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or
mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or
instruction concerning use of the appliances by a person responsible for their safety.
ATTENTION! DO NOT USE THE APPLIANCE WITHOUT WATER!
The functional characteristics of a thermo pot without water do not work!
1.
Children should be thoroughly guided and must not be allowed to play with the appliance
2.
Use only a grounded electrical outlet.
3.
Always replace it with the special one if the cord is broken.
4.
Do not modify the thermo pot. If the pot is faulty, it should by an authorized repair agent
appointed by the manufacturer.
5.
Do not boil anything other than water.
6.
Do not sink the unit into water or other liquid, and do not splash with water.
7.
Always move the unit using the handle.
8.
Do not use it outdoor.
9.
Do not use the broken power or plug to avoid electric shock, short circuit or fire.
10.
If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or a qualified service
engineer to avoid any risks to safety.
11.
Do not knot the cord nor hang it on the sharp edge of table, and keep away from the heat
surface.
12.
Always unplug the electrical plug from the power outlet when the thermos pot is not being
used.
13.
To disconnect the power cord, be sure to pull out of the outlet while holding the plug, never
pull on the cord.
14.
Do not overfill the thermo pot. Follow the full pot mark.
15.
Do not close the upper lid forcefully.
16.
Close the lid securely.
17.
Do not allow the pot to tilt or fall over.
18.
Do not add water unless the container is empty.
19.
Do not shake the thermos pot and do not hold the lid while moving it.
20.
For the first time you use this thermo pot, boil water to clean the container and the sections
through which the hot water is dispensed. (Boil some water, dispense about half the hot water and
then empty the container.)
21.
Add water immediately when the pot is empty to avoid dry-boil.
22.
Before adding water, be sure the power plug has been removed and unit has cooled down.
23.
Do not block the steam vent.
24.
To refill water, be aware of hot steam.
25.
Do not use abrasive cleansers.
