INSTRUCTION MANUAL
Important safety precaution
The stationary mixer is designed for mixing liquids, preparing sauces and desserts (whipped cream,
puddings, cocktails, mayonnaise), as well as for kneading dough. The mixer body (motor unit) is
removable. In other words, a stationary mixer can also be used as a manual one (for example, for
preparing small portions of something).
Use the device only for its intended purpose, as described in this manual. Improper handling of the
device can lead to its failure, damage to the user or their property.
Before switching on, make sure that the mains voltage corresponds to the operating voltage of the
device.
Before using the device, carefully inspect the power cord and make sure that it is not damaged. If
you find damage, do not use the device.
Do not allow the power cord to come into contact with hot surfaces or sharp edges of furniture. Do
not damage the insulation of the power cord.
Do not use the device in close proximity to heat sources or open flames.
Use only the beaters and attachments that are included in the package.
Before using the device for the first time, thoroughly wash all removable attachments and
containers that will come into contact with products.
Place the base of the mixer on a flat, stable surface.
Place food in the bowl of the mixer until the device is switched on.
Do not overfill the mixer bowl with food and monitor the level of food placed in it.
You can only remove food from the mixer bowl after the rotation of the attachments has stopped
completely.
Do not touch the rotating parts of the device. Do not allow hair or loose clothing items to enter the
rotation zone.
Do not use the whisk attachment to mix solid ingredients, such as solid butter or frozen dough.
Before using the mixer, make sure that the nozzles are installed correctly and fixed.
Do not use both the whisk for whipping and the attachment for kneading the dough.
Before installing the attachments, make sure that the power cord plug is not inserted into an
electrical outlet.
Before connecting the mixer to the mains, make sure that the operating mode switch is set to off
("0").
Do not remove or install attachments while the device is in operation.
Do not use the device outdoors.
The maximum duration of continuous operation is no more than 15 minutes, and do not switch on
again until 30 minutes later.
After using the mixer, turn it off, remove the power cord from the socket and disconnect the
attachments.
