Lubricate the Handlebar Tube ends or the inside of the Handlebar
Foam Handgrips (25) with a small amount of spray furniture polish
and slide onto the bars.

Slide the Exercise Monitor (12) onto the bracket at the top of one of
the Handlebars and carefully connect the Monitor Pick-up Cable (13)
into the Monitor Wire Plug. Remove the M4 x 12mm screw (26) from
the Tension Controller (14) open the bracket, slide on the rubber
sleeve and fit the Tension Controller to the opposite Handlebar
securing in place with the M4 x 12mm Screw previously removed.
