SIM contact is converted to regular con-
tact. You cannot convert protected SIM
contacts. Further options on page 47.
Filter
Depending on the selected filter, con-
tacts and distribution lists can be listed
on the filter tab.

The following filter criteria are
available:
• Voice dialling: All contacts are listed
that have a voice tag associated with
one or more of their numbers.
• Video telephony: Contacts with a
video allowed number (page 47) are
listed.
• URL
• Birthday
• Stored on phone: all contacts
(except SIM contacts)
• Distribution lists

A list is displayed with contacts that
contain the chosen feature, e.g. all
contacts including a birthday entry.
Options menu
Depending on the current situation, dif-
ferent functions will be offered. These
functions can be applied to the entry
currently selected as well as to multiple
selected entries.

New distr.
list
Enter name. You can re-
name the distribution list
and attach a ringtone and a
picture.
Add to distr.
list
Add contact of distribu-
tion list/group to a new or
existing distribution list.
If SIM contact is added,
confirm to convert into
contact.
Add new
member
Open contact list. Select
contacts and add them
to the selected distribu-
tion list. You can add
max. 50 contacts to a
distribution list.
