How to connect to a Smart Meter?
A:
Always use the supplied P1 cable, plug the small (RJ12) plug inside the Smart meter and the bigger plug
(RJ45) into the Gateway. The Gateway will automatically start receiving data. (picture on page 1)

Does your Smart meter not yet have the P1 connector, ask your Electricity company for priority placement
and you will receive your smart meter within 1 month.

Is the cable to short, extend your cord (without crossing any wires!) to the length you need.
