2. Enter the salt concentration and the primer concentration.
3. Enter each primer sequence and then touch Calculate to view the Tm value of
each primer, the average Tm value and the Ta value.
4. After you finish, touch to return to the Tools screen.

This function is reserved for service.
8. Admin Menu
The Admin Menu is used to manage user accounts, reset to factory settings, set
cycler name, configure network connection and upgrade software. The Admin
Menu button is only available when logged in as ‘Admin’. The default password
for Admin is ADMIN.
To use Admin Menu functions:
In the Home screen, touch Tools , then Admin Menu .
The Admin Menu screen opens.
8.1 Manage
Users
The Manage Users function is used to manage user accounts.
To manage user accounts, login as “Admin”:
1. In the Admin Menu screen, touch Manage Users .
2. The Manage Users screen lists all accounts currently available.
