•
To change the oil on the HONDA GCV 135 4 stroke motor and to perform other maintenance operations (spark plugs, air
filter, regulations), read the motor manual supplied.
•
All gearbox parts are with oil-bath . Make a regular check of the oil level by means of screw "M" Fig. 8 and top up if
necessary through the breather cap "N" Fig. 8
•
When the oil in the gearbox is to be changed, empty the oil by unscrewing the lower drain cap (Rif.”P” Fig.9) (Also
unscrew the oil cap (ref. "N" Fig.8), screw back with the Allen wrench supplied and add the oil necessary up to the level
through the hole in the breather cap Rif.”N” Fig.8

This operation must be performed after the first 50 hours of operation and every 200 hours thereafter (once a year at
minimum).
•
To clean the air filter in models with MINARELLI motors, proceed as follows:
•
Clean the filter on the outside to prevent dirt from falling inside during disassembly. Unfasten the "Q" clips, remove the oil
tub "R" and the filtering element "S" Fig.10.
•
Wash the various elements thoroughly with petrol and petroleum. Add new oil to the tub up to the level as indicated in Fig.
10. NEW FILTERS ARE ALWAYS SUPPLIED EMPTY.
•
This operation must be carried out more frequently when working dusty terrain.
•
At least once per season, check that nuts and bolts are tightened, specifically those on the cutter (Fig. 11).
•
Always use gloves when working on the cutter.
•
For any servicing, especially during the warranty period, seek the assistance of a dealer-authorized repair shop.
