Testing - DELHI 90
A test ring is needed to
obtain good sealing during
the HI test. Place the ring
on the 2cc coupler tube
and push it up as shown
Important points to obtain a good & stable HI test:
1. Test ring to make good sealing
2. HI to be placed in a straight line
3. HI almost floating, only touch the foam slightly
4. HI prog adapt must not touch test jig
5. Prog./Batt. cables organized, must provide less
driven force to HI
6. Coupler cable organized, in order to avoid any
change of coupler position when closing sound
