Insert Gas Lift Cylinder (Part 3) into the
5-Star base and press down. Place
Cylinder Cover (Part 4) over Gas Lift
Cylinder.
Insert (5) Casters (Part 1) into 5-Star
Base (Part 2).

Lay the Seat
(Part 6) face
down on a
smooth
surface.
Attach Seat
Plate (Part 5)
using (4) Short
Screws (Part
9)
. Tighten with
Allen Wrench.

NOTE: Ensure front of seat
plate is facing front of seat.
Attach
Connector Bar
(Part 8) using
Bracket
Set (Part 11a*b) using
(2) Long Screws.
Tighten
with Allen
Wrench.

Connector Bar
Lay the Back
(Part 7) face
down.
Lay Seat (Part 6) face down and slide
Connector Bar (Part 8) into the Seat
Plate. Attach using Washer and Knob
(Part 12a*b).

Place Seat onto the Cylinder and align
hole in Seat Plate. Push down to firmly
attach.

Ensure all screws are
securely tightened.
