Troubleshooting Guide

Machine stops suddenly or will not 
start.

Low oil.

Check and top-up oil.

Flat battery.

Check / replace battery.

Blown fuse.

Check / replace fuse.

Sudden pressure loss.

No water supply.

Low pressure.

Replace high pressure nozzle.

Piston seals worn.

Pump sucking air.

Check water supply pipe and unions.

Non-return valve dirty or jammed.

Clean or replace.
