Blender Jar Assembly and Operation
1. Using the blade’s collar to handle, place the blending blade into the base of the blender jar
(see Figure 4). Always check to be sure that the ring is present and properly fitted into the collar
before use. Turn clockwise to tighten the blade assembly until snug.
IMPORTANT:
Make sure the blade assembly is properly attached to the base of the blender jar
before adding food for processing.
2. Add food to be processed to the blender jar.
NOTE:
When blending, foods or liquids tend to
expand as they rise up the side of the blending jar.
Do not fill blending jar more than the Max Line,
4 cups (32 oz.) with food to be processed.

WARNING:
Never overfill the blender jar. To avoid or
personal injury, leakage or damage, do not fill more
than the Max Line.

WARNING:
Pay close attention while processing.
Never operate the 2 in 1 Emulsifying Blender when the
blender jar is empty.
5 To process, turn the jar clockwise into the motor base
and press down on the top of the jar until locked in
place. The blender will operate.
WARNING:
Do not operate the motor continuously
for more than 1 minute at a time. Allow the motor to
rest for 3 minutes before continuing.
6. When processing is completed, turn the jar counter
clockwise in the base and lift to remove the jar with its blade assembly.
7. Invert the jar with its blade assembly. Hold the jar firmly in one hand. Use the other hand to turn
the blade collar counter-clockwise and remove the blade from the processing cup.
8. Unplug the 2 in 1 Emulsifying Blender when not in use and before cleaning.
Food Processing Hints
WARNING:
Do not operate the motor continuously for more than 1 minute at a time. Allow motor to rest
for 3 minutes before continuing.
WARNING:
Never overfill the processing cup . The maximal capacity of the cup is 24 oz.(3 cups).
The maximal capacity of the jar is 32 oz. (5cups).
• For best results, solid foods should not be larger than 1-inch pieces. Cut or tear food into pieces
approximately equal in size before processing.
WARNING:
Never place the 2 in 1 Emulsifying Blender cup or jar into a microwave oven.
