OPERATIONAL FEATURES (FRONT)
CHANNEL1 / BRIDGE, CHANNEL3 / BRIDGE, CHANNEL5 / BRIDGE
Input Gain control for channel 1, 3, 5. In Bridge mode,
these potentiometers will control 2 channels simul-
taniously: CH1+2, CH3+4, CH5+6.
CHANNELS 2, 4, 6
Input Gain control for channels 2, 4, 6. When working in
bridge mode, these gain control will not be used.
LED INDICATORS
SIGNAL
The green LED indicates the presence of an incoming
audio signal.
BRIDGE
A pair of channels working in Bridge mode is indicated by
the orange LED in between them.
LIMIT
Illumination of the orange Limit LED indicates, that the
limiter is active. Should this LED stay 'on' for any longer
period, reduce the incoming signal (output of mixing
desk) or turn the Input Gain Control counterclockwise.
HPF
Indicates, that the High Pass Filter for this channel has
been activated (HPF switch on rear panel)
PROTECT (Warning)
Indicates irregular state (damage or overheat) within the
power amplifier. Check the following points:
• The cooling circulation (front to back) must not be
blocked or coverd. If the amplifier is installed in any
enclosure, sufficiant air ventilation for must be
provided.
POWER ON/OFF SWITCH
Mains switch. Will illuminate when power is switched on.
OPERATIONAL FEATURES, REAR PANEL
INPUT / LINK Channel 1...6 (XLR Input sockets)
Each amplifier features a balanced XLR(f) and
XLR(m) input / link socket. Input cables must
be screened!
Balanced Input Connection:
1=shield 2=HOT
3=COLD
UNBALANCED INPUT CONNECTION
If any unbalanced signal is to be connected, a
wire bridge must be inserted into the XLR cable
connector from PIN1 to PIN3!
6 Channel Mode
When used in 6 Channel Mode, CH 1..6 XLR
inputs will be connected to incoming signals.
Loudspeaker connection via CH1..6 Speaker
output (for Speakon). No connection to any
BRIDGE Output!
Bridge Mode, Bridge Input
When used in Bridge Mode, only CH1, CH3 or
CH5 inputs will be used.
The Bridge Mode switch for selected channels
will be set to Bridge 'IN' position.
SPEAKER Output (BRIDGE)
FOR BRIDGE mode, only the BRIDGE Output
Speaker terminals (center) will be used.
HPF High Pass Filter
Each Input Channels comes with a 12dB High
Pass Filter to be set between 20..90Hz. The
high pass filter is switch activated (HPF IN)
