Remove  the  four  mounting  screws,  lockwashers,  and 

flat  washers  that  secure  the  tape-winder  drive  bracket 

to  the  base.

route  the  tape  as  shown  in  Fig. 

and  thread  the  tape 

onto  the  tape  winder  reel,  fold  the  end  of  the  tape,  and
