Check the battery polarities.

Clean the handset and base charge contacts.
•
Recharge the batteries again.
A beep is heard both when you are making a call or when the set is idle:
•
Recharge the handset batteries.
•
Move closer to the base.
The handset cannot find the base:
•
You are out of range and must move closer to the base.
•
Connect the base power supply correctly.
•
Remove the handset batteries and put them back in.
•
Disconnect the mains adaptor from the base and reconnect it to the base.
The dialling tone cannot be heard:
•
Check that the telephone line is correctly connected to the base.
NUMBER AND NAME DISPLAY FUNCTON
•
Access to the Number and name display service is subject to subscription to
the Belgacom service (and depends on the technical availability of the service).
•
If you have subscribed to this service, the date (day/month) and time are updated
by the network each time a call is received.
