3.5.6 Ring filter
It is possible to add a Phonebook number to the VIP list or to the Black list: by default, a number is not
linked to a list (Normal). Proceed as follows:

Press the
[Ph. Book]
key.
➤
Press the
Ωπ
keys to select the name to be added to the VIP or Black
list.
➤
Press the
[Options]
key.
➤
Select "Ring filter" via
Ωπ
keys.
➤
Press
[OK]
key to confirm.
➤
Select "No filter" or "VIP Ring" or "No ring" via
Ωπ
keys.
➤
Press
[OK]
key to confirm.
This function can operate on the Ring if "Ring VIP only" or "Black list" have been activated in
the Settings menu (Ring sub-menu).
If no filter has been activated, the telephone will ring for any incoming call. If "Ring VIP only" has been
activated, the telephone rings for calls incoming from numbers of the VIP list. If "Black list"has been
activated, the telephone will not ring for calls incoming from numbers of the Black list.
3.5.7 Erase a name of the Phonebook
To erase a name (and the associated numbers) of the Phonebook, proceed as follows :

key.

Select the name (to be removed) via
Ωπ
keys.
➤
Press the
[Options]
key.
➤
Select "Erase" via
Ωπ
keys and press
[OK]
to confirm.
➤
Press
[OK]
key to confirm. The name and its numbers are removed.
