(Terminals 1.0 and 1.1)
yes:
Replace printed circuit board.
no:
Power supply line (cable) faulty.
Possible faults and causes
Does existingvoltage lie within the
tolerances of the device specification?
yes:
Ring us for finding the cause.
no:
Remove cause and observe
BEKOMAT to check if malfunction
continues.
Condensate inflow presumably disturbed. Causes could be:
- lack of slope or water pocket in the feed line
- blocked or frozen feed line
- missing or blocked venting line
Clean con sensor tube.
yes:
Disconnect BEKOMAT from power
supply and ensure that device is
not under pressure.
Check if discharge line is blocked.
Clean solenoid valve and diaphragm
valve.
Replace worn parts, if necessary.
Clean con sensors.
no:
Replace printed circuit board.
Press test button!
Condensate and air are discharged.
Alarm signal remains.
Condensate is not discharged.
Solenoid in circuit?
(Terminals 2.0 and 2.1)
Is control-air channel blocked?
yes:
Remove valve and clean control air
channel.
no:
Ring us for finding the cause.
Red LED flashes (ALARM).
Device releases
compressed air.
