4.1 Cleaning

WARNING:
Do not
move the product
while the cooking
(coffee-making) pot
(11) is within the
product. The coffee-
making pot might
get damaged.

WARNING:
Never
use gasoline, sol-
vent, abrasive clea-
ning agents, metal
objects or hard
brushes to clean the
appliance.
A
WARNING:
Never
immerse the app-
liance or its power
cable (8) in water or
in any other liquid.
1. Unplug the appliance before
starting any cleaning procedure.
2. Wait for the appliance to cool
down.
3. Remove the cooking pot (11)
from its seat (7).
4. Clean the cooking pot (11) under
running water.
5. Completely remove the water
pot out of its seat and clean it
under running water.

Take out and hand-
wash the water tank
(2) at least every
three months.

Do not clean the he-
ating surface (9) and
cooking pot with ab-
rasive sponge or steel
wool. Wash it with a
soft sponge. Pat par-
ticular attention not to
scratch these surfaces.

WARNING:
Never
use the cooking
(coffee making) pot
(11) or the water
tank (2) in dishwas-
her.

WARNING:
Do not
wash any part of the
product in the dish-
washer.
