5 Troubleshooting

The loading door cannot be opened.

• The loading door lock has been activated due to the 

water level in the product. >>>Drain the water with 

the Pump or Spin program.

• The product is heating water or is in the spin 

cycle >>> Wait for the program to finish.

• The loading door may be stuck due to the pressure it has 

been subjected to >>>Grab the handle and push and pull the 
loading door until it releases and open the door.

• If there is no power, the loading door of the product 

will not open. >>>To open the loading door, open 

the filter cover of the pump and pull down the 

emergency handle on the back of this cover. See 

"Loading door lock"

Program does not start after loading door is closed.

• The Start / Pause / Cancel button is not pressed.

> > > Press the Start / Pause / Cancel button.

• It may be difficult to close the loading door in case of 

overload. >>>Reduce the amount of laundry and make 
sure the loading door is closed properly.

Program cannot be started or selected.

• The product has entered the self-protection mode 

due to a power problem (mains voltage, water 

pressure, etc.). >>> To cancel the programme, turn 

the Program Selection knob to select another 

programme. The previous program is canceled (see 

"Program cancellation").

Washing takes longer than indicated in 

the user manual.(*)

There is water in the product.
• Some water may remain in the product due to the quality 

control processes during production. >>>This is not an 
error; water is not harmful to the product.

• The water pressure is too low. >>>The product waits for 

an appropriate amount of water to be supplied to avoid 
poor washing quality due to a reduced amount of 
water. Therefore, the washing time is longer.

• The voltage is too low. >>>Washing time is 

extended to avoid poor washing results due to 

low voltage supply.

• The water inlet temperature is low. >>> Time 

required to heat up the water increases in cold 

seasons. The washing time can also be extended

• The number of rinses and/or rinse water has increased.

• Excessive foaming has occurred and the automatic

The product does not take water.

Program time does not count down. (On models with

• The timer stops during water supply. >>>The 

timer indicator will not count down until the 

product has enough water. The product will wait 

until there is enough water to avoid poor 

washing results due to lack of water. The timer 

will resume after that.

• The timer stops during the warm-up. >>>The timer will 

not count down until the machine has reached the 
selected temperature.

• The timer may stop during the spin cycle. >>>The 

automatic unbalanced load detection system may 

have been activated due to an unbalanced 

distribution of the laundry in the product.

Water is leaking from the bottom of the product.
• The water drain hose is clogged or twisted. >>>Clean or 

straighten the hose.

• The pump filter is clogged. >>>Clean the pump filter.

The product stopped shortly after the program 

started.

• The machine has been temporarily shut down due to low
