Clears the screen and removes all mapped variables, bargraphs and cyclic text strings

Notes
The <NS> command is functionally equivalent to issuing the three commands <CS><EV0><EB0>
in succession.
This command also:
•
Removes any windows that may be defined
(equivalent to issuing a <DW0,7,0,119> command)
•
Homes the cursor
(equivalent to issuing a <HC> command)
Uses
The <NS> command allows:
•
An efficient method of clearing the screen after mapped variables have been used
