IC SOCKETS
First
we will place the sockets
(taking care to orientate them properly – the notch on one
end of the socket should match the silkscreen) and solder them into their correct positions.
Get them from ICs bag.

POWER CONNECTOR
Solder the power connector at “JP6”, ensuring the position is correct: it must be placed over
the silkscreen marking with the pins facing the edge of the PCB.
This is a good moment to split both Boards apart. Use pliers to help you and make
sure to carefully remove the locating tabs.
